At CLIFFS OPTIQUE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new eyewear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the eyewear in its original case and packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit, including all certificates and cleaning cloths.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
